Rumor mills going overdrive, many Photoshop entries for the fake list competition to see how many people they can fool, but we finally have confirmation for 2012 March Limited and Forbidden list. Make sure your deck is ready as this will be in effect on 1st of March.

The recent banning of both Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Stoneforge Mystic in Standard have breathed new life into the format. We have a metagame now! Which is, like, totally cool and stuff. But what exactly is the meta? What does the format look like?

We stand on the precipice of the format degenerating into nothing but Caw-Blade mirrors, for those lucky enough to own a set of the innocuous Worldwake rares (funny how that turned out huh?? A Stoneforge deck that turned out to be a Jace deck…). But regardless of all this flak surrounding the format, as many have said it has truly become a mirror world in the winners’ bracket.
