Melbourne Grand Prix Trial!

Grand Prix Melbourne is the second of the 2012 APAC Grand Prix and Australia’s ‘Sporting Capital’ is set to put on a show. After last year’s visit to the Constructed Realm, Limited roars back Down Under with Innistrad Sealed and Booster Draft. With a $30,000 purse and four Pro Tour invites up for grabs at the Grand Prix you can be sure that competition will be fierce and with the best judges around keeping it fair, it’s going to be a fun time to be playing Magic. To ensure that you have the best chance of getting to day 2 of this premier event, we are running a GP trial at Battlecraft Games and the Trial winner  will be awarded 3 byes in the Melbourne Grand Prix 2012.

Get ready for the finale of this years Yugioh calendar. There will be a booster box of  Order of Chaos for first place! That’s right. There will be 24 boosters of the brand new January release boosters! Kind of exciting hey! And the more you play, the more chances you have of winning this fabulous prize.

So how does it work?

  • You can play each day that we are running the League
  • There are 3 days each week to play (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday) starting at 11am each of those days
  • Cost is $6 for each tournament and each player of that day will receive a booster at the end of each days play.
  • You will earn points for each day that you play
  • The more days you play, the more points you earn
  • The higher you place each day, the more points you win
  • Advanced format decks
At the end we will tally all points earned over the League, and the winner will be announced on the 25 January 2012.

You will use these boosters to create a new deck which you will use to play against the other players in this event. You could also win one of the new Sneak Peek playmats as random door prizes as well as additional boosters. Cost is $40 a player.
